In order to get the insights from end-users on Ageing@Work tools usability and acceptance, an online focus group workshop has been organized during the first week of September 2021, with workers and managers from our pilot case in Spain, run by ANEFA.
The structure of the workshop has been adapted to the online format, resembling as much as possible a traditional focus group. The Ageing@Work tools have been presented, following an interactive discussion facilitated by the use of the online collaborative visual platform MIRO. The focus group session has been complemented with individual semi-structured interviews with each of the participants. We would like to thank all participants for their collaboration, as we got to conclusions very relevant to the further development and finetuning of Ageing@Work tools as well as to further commercial exploitation of our solution.
